Prior to Barnes & Thornburg, he practiced at Hughes Hubbard & Reed and Sullivan & Cromwell in New York. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking at Lehman Brothers, where he gained a foundation in financial markets and transaction structuring. Over the past decade, he has advised on more than $250 billion in transactions globally.
