Eaman Shebley is the founder and CEO of TACS (Tax, Advisory, and CFO Services), a national advisory firm serving businesses, non-profits, family enterprises, and individuals across the United States. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Islamic Finance Executive with extensive experience in advisory roles across financial strategy, governance, compliance, and sustainable growth.
She serves as a Founding Board Member and Treasurer of IFTANA, bringing her expertise in financial strategy, governance, and institutional operations to the association's mission of advancing Islamic finance across North America.
Throughout her career, Eaman has focused on helping organizations build strong financial foundations capable of supporting long-term growth and resilience. Through TACS, she has advised clients across a broad range of sectors, strengthening financial infrastructure, improving governance practices, and developing systems that align operational performance with strategic objectives. She is also the founder of RAIYA 595, a social enterprise dedicated to advancing financial literacy and expanding access to values-based financial education for women, families, and communities.
Beyond her advisory work, Eaman remains actively engaged in shaping the future of the accounting and advisory profession through her role on the Intuit Partner Council. She holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management and has completed executive education in Family Wealth Enterprise at Columbia Business School. Her work is guided by the belief that strong institutions are built on sound governance, disciplined financial management, and a commitment to long-term value creation.
